A 30 minute call to help problem solve, identify next steps & motivate! Regardless of if you're starting to take those first steps into self employment or have been up and running for a while, running your own business can be a lonely place. It's easy to worry about problem solving on your own, have too many ideas you don't know what to do with or just simply feeling stagnant and unsure. Whether you need someone to talk through your plans and ideas, need a second pair of eyes on a problem or just don't know what to do next or where to start - I can help. This 30 minute session is a time dedicated to you and your business and I'll be there to help you talk it all through. ///// Areas we could work on: - Putting together a marketing plan and managing your social media. - How to utilise PR and marketing when on a budget. - How to build relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers. - Defining who your customer is and how to access them. - Ensuring your website is working for you. - Ensuring you're on top of your numbers and finances. - Where to begin when growing your team. - Creating and executing a 3-6 month plan. - Goal setting for the future What you'll receive: - A 30 minute call to chat through what you most need support with. - An opportunity to set realistic, attainable goals for you to clearly focus on and implement after the call. - Access to detailed notes from the session. - Follow up notes of personalised resources, further reading and things I think might be helpful to help you going forward. - Access to 1 month of email help, allowing to send over follow up questions, discuss developments or chat through how things are going. How it works: - I'll give you a call at a time which suits you. We'll have 30 minutes to discuss the key areas you need help with. This time gives you the opportunity to 100% focus on your business, through brainstorming, problem solving, idea planning or goal setting.
