Launching a business is very exciting, a process full of adrenalin, fresh ideas and lots of motivation, but once you’re up and running… what then? Perhaps you’ve been running your creative business a while and feel stuck in a rut. Maybe you’re still brimming with ideas but just don’t know what to do next. Or you just need someone to hold you accountable and help you set goals for the future. This is where I can help. We’ll work together over three months to really get to grips with your business. Once we’ve tackled problems, brainstormed solutions and identified goals. You’ll have me alongside whilst you execute and achieve your ideas. //// What you'll receive: - An initial 90 minute call to chat through what you most need support with, identify problems and lockdown goals for the next three months. - From then on, a 1 hour call every month to touch base, problem solve and stay accountable. - Access to detailed notes from each session including, follow up notes of personalised resources, further reading and things I think might be helpful to help you going forward. - Unlimited access to email help, allowing to send over follow up questions, discuss developments or chat through how things are going. - An optional profile on this website and shout outs from me on social media. - An extra pair of eyes and ears over the course of 3 months, to help guide, encourage and build confidence. AREAS WE COULD FOCUS ON: - Putting together a marketing plan and managing your social media. - How to utilise PR and marketing when on a budget. - How to build relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers. - Defining who your customer is and how to access them. - Ensuring your website is working for you. - Ensuring you're on top of your numbers and finances. - Where to begin when growing your team. - Creating and executing a 3-6 month plan. - Goal setting for the future. HOW IT WORKS: Once signed up, I'll give you an initial call at a time which suits you. We'll have 90 minutes to discuss the key areas you need help with. This time gives you the opportunity to 100% focus on your business, through brainstorming, problem solving, idea planning or goal setting.- ready for the 3 months ahead.
